Kimberly Rodriguez is a strategic, data-driven executive leader with a proven track record of driving transformation across diverse industries. Since February 2023, Kimberly has been a key member of the leadership team at the Food Import Group, a third-generation family-owned company specializing in sourcing high-quality foods from around the world. As the company’s first Human Resources leader, reporting directly to the CEO and President, she has shaped the organization’s HR strategy, implemented its first full-cycle performance management system, and leveraged technology to enhance efficiency and accountability. She also partnered with NJMEP to launch a state-funded training program focused on up-skilling employees and strengthening workforce development.
Recognized for her technical expertise, Kimberly has successfully led the sourcing, evaluation, and implementation of modern technologies that have transformed employee engagement and organizational culture. Before her current role, she served in a Director-level role at Renaissance Lakewood, LLC, a contract R&D and manufacturing company in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, where she built a comprehensive workforce and HR management framework that delivered cost savings and positioned the company for scalable growth.
At Hudson Technologies, in a VP-level role, Kimberly played a pivotal role in doubling the company’s gross profit by developing and strengthening its HR infrastructure. From 2013 to 2019, she served in a VP-level role at Command Companies, where she established and led the company’s first formal HR department. Under her leadership, the company experienced four-fold growth over six years, with her expertise in navigating complex labor unions and managing multiple divisions proving instrumental to its success.
Kimberly’s career began in top-tier organizations like NaviSys (now part of Accenture) and Stryker, where she honed her commitment to process rigor, operational excellence, and cultivating high- performance workplace cultures.
Currently maintaining a 4.0 GPA while completing her Master of Human Resources Management degree at Rutgers University, Kimberly also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. She is also dedicated to giving back, having served as a Hospice Support Volunteer for VITAS Healthcare.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kimberly has been a featured speaker at prominent industry events, including the GSC SHRM Convention in Atlantic City, NJMEP’s Women in Manufacturing event, and the Mercer SIRS Compensation Roundtable.
